Where can I get an application form?
To see and/or download the application forms, click here , or you may request them from any RBC or RBTT branch.
Once I complete the application forms, what do I do?
Once you have filled out the application forms with the required information as instructed, the forms should then be submitted to any RBC or RBTT branch in your country, for onward delivery to:

The Corporate Communications Department will then review the application to ensure that all the required information is submitted.
Once it is determined that the application is completed satisfactorily, it will then be submitted for review and assessment based on the information provided.
Can I re-apply at any other point if my application was previously declined?
If circumstances change, e.g. additional costs arise which were not originally anticipated or costs far exceed the original application, or the financial situation of the applicant changes, an applicant may re-apply. The patient must complete a new application and re-submit all supporting documents.
